state pension question
downshifted
My DH is 4 years older than me and will get his state pension when he is 65 and I am 61
I have contributed full NI over the years but do not get my state pension until I am 66 now
Does he get any increase to his state pension to help him support me for the period when I am between 61 and 66 if I am not working?
If so is it means tested?

Nothing extra from the state pension, so any other money you get from the government will be means tested benefits or credits.0
