Haven't bought iPod from them, but did buy something else after I saw a similar posting on MSE and can only say customer service was excellent. The item I bought was faulty on arrival, which made me think I'd made a big mistake buying from them, but called customer support and a replacement was shipped out the same day, no questions about it, just accepted their error & could not have been more apologetic. Would happily use them again.

Oh.. am tempted to buy one of the 3rd genreation 8GB ones for my daughter birthday- not till July but at £119 seems a good deal

You can get a brand New 4th generation for only £153.42 at Amazon.co.uk (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0040GIZTI).

For the extra money, not only do you a get a 100% brand new (unused/unopened) product with a full 12 months warranty but you get a vastly improved product of higher specification.

Compared to the 3G Ipod, The 4G has a built in HD camera, higher resolution screen and a faster processor.

Yeh, had thought of that which is probably why I'm still pondering!!!

In relation to the 4th generation one on amazon, she will only be 7 so the latest model is not neccesary a requirment. She has had a mp4 player since she was 4.5 and it's given up on life(prob due to overuse listening to music and stories) and I want all her 'junk' of my iphone so this seems like the soluion!

every now and then apple must sell " packages " to people, as they appear on ebay, a apple refurb'ed ipod touch for 110 , the seller will have 100 of them to sell ( i guess thats the package apple sell )

they come with 12 month warranty direct from apple

None currently available (aprt from 16 & 32 gb), however Apple do sell refurbs as well, with 12 months Appole warranty!!
