Still £2.50 at my store. Bought 2 packs tonight. Had to hunt for them though and they are now more prominently displaying 4 packs (Princes) for £3!!

I think the earlier post was referring to the fact that the other creatures, such as turtles, were killed, thrown away and not eaten and therefore died for no good reason, unlike the tuna which were at least eaten after being killed.

Also, although I'll believe it when it happens, I received an email today from Greenpeace stating:

"Princes has pledged that by the end of 2014 all their tinned tuna will be caught by either pole and line or Fad-free purse seine nets. It's these Fads – or fish aggregating devices – which lead to unacceptable levels of bycatch of other marine species."

I hope they actually do this, but at least it's a step in the right direction.
