well the ecb have indicated they will raise interest rates next week so all eyes will be on the BOE so we will know if we are entangled with the euroxone finances which will make all the uk indicateurs pretty irrelevant--there are no domestic reasons why they should rise but if the masters do,,,,,,mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

I'm guessing you mean "average" house prices. Which, as demonstrated, don't mean much in the faltering market.
And you really mean "a few grand" more than when I could have bought, don'tcha. Again, as demonstrated.
