I kept thinking about them but didnt want to pay £20 if they didnt work whereas £6.99 is worth the risk.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. My FIL has something like this and it has enabled him to cut down.
He's 83 so not sure he will ever be able to give up, but for you folks that aren't sure then give it a go.
However don't be suprised if you get asked to stop smoking if you use it on a petrol station forecourt or indoors.0 -
My brother-in-law tried giving up smoking with one but he didn't get very far. He said it was good but I guess he didn't really want to give up - I think will power has a lot to do with it. I have given up (19 days now) and did not use anything. After 72 hours it gets really easy, no cravings at all just the habit of lighting one up when I go here or there or while do such a thing. Good luck and I hope you all manage to kick the habit.

Bought one for OH in the hope it may entice him to stop.0

There was a programme about these on Radio 4 last month. They are not tested in the UK, unlike other nicotene products. They have been banned in several countries, because their safety is in question until there have been sufficient studies completed.0
