Britannia Tracker Remortgage

Hi
I am currently on a Halifax tracker at 0.24 above the base rate. This deal runs out in April 2007 and I would like to find a similiar product. I have just spotted a 2 year base rate tracker from Britannia which tracks at 0.05 above the base rate. There are no arrangement fees to pay and there are no redemption penalties attached to this product. I just wanted to ask if anyone out there has spotted a better equivalent product?
I'd be very grateful for your thoughts. Thanks

Had a quick look at one of the comparison sites and without going through all the details on each one Alliance & Leicester, Nationwide, Portman and First Active came up with 2 yr trackers with better rates.
In all probability they'll have arrangement fees and ERC's so you'll need to factor those in to see if they do work out cheaper for the amount you want to borrow and whether a tie-in suits you. Otherwise it does look a good rate and the no tie-ins would be useful if int rates continue to rise and you decide it's time to fix before the end of the 2yrs.0
