I took up the WEBFEB offer with local dairycrest supplier unfortunately not only did the driver not find our address and left our delivery 4 doors away with a note saying "can't find house" - luckily the homeowners tracked us down!!! The offer amount has not been applied and I have been charged the full cost by direct debit. When I contacted dairycrest I was told that the £10 offer was applied as a credit to my account and could not be refunded to me directly....I am awaiting a call back..... any advice or similar experiences....?
