    DH, my family and friends, crisp spring mornings, hilly countryside, freshly laundered bedlinen, kicking off my shoes and walking around barefoot at the end of the day, good music, reading, the sound of F1 cars and not having cancer.
    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    If I had more money than I knew what to do with, I would have someone come in every day and change the bed linen.
