Does IVA affect your potential to change mortgage?

Does anyone know whether you can still apply to change your mortgage if you have an IVA? Its all new to me so be gentle, sorry if I seem thick! Our current mortgage holds a 3 year 'lock in' which finishes in June, and we are hoping to change our mortgage to a better rate . Unfortunately as my husband is self employed, we…

Yes yup above is right, you cannot get anything near the level of advice you need on this forum, try find find a whole of market mortgage broker near to you, they will be able to assess your needs in detail and see if you can remortgage - even if its a no go, they might be able to help in other ways.
