Have you considered cutting up the store cards to prevent you from using them to buy any more clothes? It sounds like your wardrobes must be bursting at the seams already.
Have you thought about sitting down with your daughter and explaining the need for a lifestyle change as the family circumstances have changed and while you try and get back on your feet financially, it is a necessity.
As she is 16, is she still at school or college? Does she have a part time job? She needs to be assuming some financial responsibility for her mobile phone/clothes expenses - you cannot continue to fund these to this extent - certainly not whilst you have outstanding store cards etc with exhorbitant interest applied. Is the £100 'other child related expenses' bus fare and lunch money or spending money?
Whilst it may go against the snowballing grain - perhaps if you pay off River Island and House of Fraser cards first (by not buying any clothes this month and reducing the other child related expenses this will give you the funds to do this) this should have a motivational factor......2 debts gone; done and dusted. Then work on the highest apr as previous posters have already suggested which would be the New Look debt - within 2 months that is 3 debts wiped. Whilst this may take a while for your DD to adjust to; it won't kill her!
If you have an Aldi/Lidl nearby, this will help considerably in reducing your food bills.0
