My apologies.....I've just rechecked the hoodie I bought and there is a care label on the inside don't know how I missed it the first time.

Label -
80% COTTON
20% POLYESTER

MachinewashCold
inside out.
Linedryinside out.
DONOT TUMBLEDRY.
(then 30degree's wash symbol, do not tumble dry symbol, and an iron symbol.

On the back of the label

Coolironinside out.
around any
decorations.

Typed out exactly the way it's spelt/spaced out on the label.

(usful for those who might know more about authenticity and for those without care instructions on their's!)

Also noticed a lot of loose threads on the inside and poor stitching on the inside of the hoodie, large front pocket and hood.

The writing on the labels sounds like the writing on the care labels of mine and oh's superdry hoodies and t shirts except all ours say made in turkey. We haven't brought any superdry items for around a year so maybe their factory has moved or they have more then one. Poor stitching is often a sign of a fake but ofcourse you can't judge on that alone. How does the fabric feel? And smell?

I have e-mailed superdry asking if thefashionhut.co.uk is an authorised retailer, hopefully they will reply and clear things up.

Why not? £18 is £18, plus the principle. I don't like to think anyone stitches me up, particularly where internet scams are concerned.

When the GF bought a fake Abercrombie and Fitch hoodie from a Chinese website (only asking me if it looked genuine after she'd ordered), we waited till it arrived and could check it was defo fake (which it was).

Emailed the website a couple of times over a few days to say we knew it was fake and to get it picked up and refund us. When they refused, phoned the credit card company, transaction on stop, emailed A&F through their website, they confirmed the website she bought from was fake, printed it all out, posted to credit card company, money refunded a few weeks later.

Literally 20 minutes work in total, plus got to keep the fake top which, to be honest, is actually not that bad....

Exactly the same in both my purchases, plus the same as a couple of t-shirts I bought from the Manchester shop about a month ago.

Mine are great ~ two long sleaved t shirts ~ perfect condition, no sign of them being fake. :DChuffed to bits!
