god knows it must be if they are advertising it openly. I guess they can charge what they like it's up to individuals to agree to repay at that amount

I think there would be a lot of people who would take this up. It's well worded and has a very 'softly softly' approach to lending.

Looked more like a standard rate - no mention of any variation following credit checks etc.
