Last owner selling Price

Hi all

Just a quicky question on finding out the last or previous selling price of a property i may be interested in. Not the current price its up for sale at,

You get my drift im sure

Ps dont want to go to any expense if possible
Tried rightmove, zoopla and the last price iv'e found is way off the owners mortgage

Check how much houses in any street sold for
Simply enter a postcode or street, and Nethouseprices, Houseprices and RightMove list what properties sold and for what, plus allow you to narrow the search by house age and style and see a map.

These sites all take their data from the Land Registry and the Registers of Scotland, so the results are much of a muchness. It's still worth trying a few, as they update the info at different times. Newly sold houses appear in searches three months-ish after the deal is done.

Perhaps they had a big deposit??

I think Zoopla uses the land registry figures so it should be correct.
