Yes I'd like to know about the moisture surge aswell please. Is it for day or night? (or either?!)

The MS is worn over some moisturiser to lock it in as a protective barrier or can be worn over makeup. TBH it reminds me of Smashbox primer and I have been using MS as a base layer for foundation, it works well and my usually flakey skin has been very smooth. I will be looking out for another as 30ml is very generous.

Finally found a lipstick yesterday. Love the colour and love wearing it. Pretty good as I usually hate lipstick.

Thanks! I actually went to the CLinique counter yesterday - too scared before because they sort of descend on you - which I guess I should see as good customer service!
The lady told me that the MS is not really suitable for dry skin like mine, so it's nice to get another opinion. Last night I put it on one side of my face and not the other to see if I could tell the difference! :rotfl:

I enjoyed trying the products but to be honest I think I prefer my current range as I like the creams to be thicker and I haven't yet found a serum to match the No 7 one.

It's a shame bits of this thread have deteriorated into a row about who buys what and how many - it's just like anything else on the grabbit board - of course some people will buy loads and others will miss out, but it's ONLY TOILETRIES!!!!! :)

    No problem :)
If you are looking for a good serum I can recommend Elemental Herbology's Cell Food. It is expensive but I haven't found another serum that is such a joy to use and my face was ultra soft. Probably one for the birthday list but you can try it at Space NK.

Thanks for the tip - I will keep a look out and give that one a go. For years I used baby lotion on my face and only when I went into my thrities I used a 'proper' moisturiser and moved onto Dramatically Different which is lovely but sometimes feel that my skin needs a bit of oomph like when the heating first goes on or during the summer.

I did try No7 but I felt it just sat on my skin?? I also have to be a bit careful as am a sensitive skinned little soul:rotfl:

The lipstick is lovely. I'd say a mid tone pinky peach. Would suit light to medium skin tones.

Thanks.....I have one of them right by where I work but have to confess it looks so posh I only venture in during sales!! I'll have to be brave and try a sample! :)

Shall be checking out my local WHSmiths this afternoon - went in earlier in the week and they didn't have any at all, desperately hoping for the lipgloss as my last one has run out, was disappointed to receive the mascara with my subscription copy (amount of mascara I have is crazy and I rarely use it)....Also going to be on the look out for the Marie Clare as I want the cowshed stuff :)
