Interestingly if you click on LAPTOPS and then sort by PRICE (Low to High)
this Toshiba C660-11k DOES appear between 2 refurbished Acers priced at £98.52 and £251.84
which is where it would be if it was £189.99 (although it does say £424.96)
Still that high price if you chick on it from this sorted list - AND SAYS STOCK = 0
