Hi my mortgage is gmac i have a 15 pounds penalty for not paying bydirect debit and 50 pounds each Month added to arrears fee £65 pounds £1000 oustanding will be clear at end of month paying only intrest at the moment
74 ,000 the house is worth i think about 120,000
i have paid 4 years into a dcm apex ltd

can any help with a low fee mortgage pushed back to 25 years to reduce will come back into some money in 5 years £20,000 and will use this to reduce mortgage debt
