Early Endowment Repayment?

Hi,
I have recently recived my Friends Provident endowment statement.
Term 25 years
Maturity date Feb 2012
Target £24,000
Sum assured £8,2568
Declared bonuses £5,461
Surrender value £15,485
Monthly premiums £35
Projections @ 4% £16,600 @ 5.5% £16,800 @ 8% £17,200
Given the unknown element of future Final Bonuses, would it be possible to pay the remaining years premiums as a bulk sum and receive the maturity value, including the present "known" Final Bonus now?
If they don't allow this, should I take the money and run or risk the Final Bonus falling next year at maturity?
