CCA request 12+2 been and gone... what next?

Hi All,

I sent a CCA request letter to my creditors 14 working days ago. Some have replied saying that they are still looking for the CCA's. I know I need to send another letter but reading all of the posts on here saying that the law's changed has totally confused me and I don't know what I should be sending them next?

One has sent a copy of a CCA but there's no actual signature, just a ticked box from an online application. Does it have to be a signature or is this ticked box as good as a signature?

Some haven't responded at all which makes me wonder if I've sent it to the right company. I've sent it to the company who has been sending me letters (DCA?) rather than the company who the debt was originally taken out with.

Also, should I have been sending a letter requesting proof that the debt has been sold to the DCA? I'm SO confused!

Please help!!

Many thanks!

A tick box would be ok if the agreement was taken out online 2005 or later however the agreement would still need to contain all the relevant terms.
I suggest you have a look over on all-about-debt forums purely because they cover agreement enforceability in more depth that here and you'll get more in depth advice.
