Can anyone recommend a good Band/DJ in the Fermanagh area?

Hi, I've chosen the Northern Ireland site rather than the wedding site as it seems quite England based.

I'm getting married in 2012 and was wondering if you have any personal recommendations on a Band/DJ in the Fermanagh area or ones that don't mind travelling (ie don't charge extra per mile).

Thanks in advance :)

I guess it depends on what type of music you want.....

The drummer from the band 'Cashier Number 9' is from Enniskillen - think they are on facebook, twitter, youtube etc, so try google-ing them! Don't know if they do weddings or not but do know Phil, the drummer, and he is a great lad!

There is also a wedding group down there - I know he is a window cleaner by day wedding singer by night (how provincial) but can't remember his name at the minute.

We lived in Fermanagh for 10 years and ran a successful business down there, so know loads of people, and that is why I keep answering all the fermanagh queries!

What sort of music are you looking for? I know loads of musicians in the area and I'm involved in a band but it's a concert wind band so probably not what you're looking for ;)
  • lol sorry, sounds lovely but unfortunately I'm looking for a band that plays a mix of music - country, old hits and current hits :) Any suggestions u have would b great :):)

His name by day is W.G.Balfour Window cleaning(Willie) but dont know the band name. Have heard them a few times & they are very good! They played at my cousins wedding last year & she had to book them 2years ahead so maybe that says it all if they are that busy.
