What to do now help please ????

Ok I will try to make this short,

I had a query with my debts and wanted some statements so CCA'd all my creditors. All complied except CCS who sent me a scrappy piece of paper saying they didnt have it, and didnt have facility to get it. I put the account in dispute until i had the relevent paperwork. They asked me to CCA the original creditor LLoyds Tsb which i have done and they sent me a letter saying that they would look into it and get back to me in 4 weeks which would have been 4th February. Anyway its now march and still nothing no letters calls or anything. What do i do now ? Do i send them a letter asking them to put their position in writing to me or just leave it ?

Thing is if my debt is unenforceable with them (the original CCA would have been 16yrs old) i can now redistribute the money to my other 2 creditors but i dont want to do this if i am still going to be paying them.

Any advise please would be great thanks
