Is the alarm clock a Flash element? Things like that are blocked at work so might be the reason why I've had no luck!
Yes I think it is. Its a big alarm clock which pops onto the screen on the right (was for me anyway).

After trying like 50 times, I managed to get the bacon roll voucher. I also got another crossaint voucher (before the bacon voucher). I sent the croissant to scaredcrow.
Also, you can get as many vouchers as you want and redeem each in a different transaction (use 1 voucher, pay, use voucher, pay ect). The terms say 1 voucher per transaction. Just don't abuse it.
