It seems to be the New ID Burlington saloons so I would do a google search for the Manchester one and hopefully you should be able to find the address-thats how I found the Shepherds Bush London one.

In Manchester it's at Burlington new id salon on King Street - there's a free bus there from outside Piccadilly train station. I've done this there before & had a really great haircut.
