To make it easier and to iron out a few problems.
Grattans is a catalogue and you get a free gift with your first order. When you click on the link I have given it takes you to a page where you click on the gift you want. That gift stays with you throughout the browsing and ordering.
When I was searching for my first order item (something cheap) I came across the toothbrush and I noticed there was an error on the drop down box. It is the wrong way round. Heads should be £9.99 and brush £29.99.
It looks like some users are ordering two and only being charged for one, so another error.
Basically this is the same for any other net error, print the screen off.
As it is a catalogue you dont get charged. You fill in your details and as long as you are not black listed you get your order, a welcome pack with your account number and your free gift. You dont get your account number straight away.
As I said the free gift is logged when you make your order. It doesnt show up as its free.
BTW if you want your free gift why not order something different. Them smoothie makers are £40 so a cheap item for around £10 makes it a good deal.
Also free delivery.0 -
just ordered 2 still comes up £9.99
lets wait and see do they charge for delivery?0 -

You have to consent to a credit check being made on you. Also, I cannot remember agreeing to any T&C's, or did I miss that?0 -
