Forget the 10%. Find the cheapest online price in the UK through Camerapricebuster and then invoke the Jessops shop price match - they will match a lower price plus 10% of the difference. Doesn't work for Channel Islands websites (they are not in the UK).

If you want to minimise the need to negotiate, the full price match advert is in this months Photographic monthly....
