    I have added a link to this thread. I hope to show through evidence of people posting here on DFW that this practice is not 'isolated' but is, in fact, common practice among a large number of payday loan companies.

    The company say if the funds are there they will take them in full and they do not turn off the automated payment system for 33 days even if you have made a payment plan. THe manager confirmed I was given incorrect information by the same person on several occassions yet he is not willing to do anything about it other than deal internally with it. All they have done is removed the charges from my account that were added AFTER they had taken the funds. It's taken 2 days for me to get to speak to the manager and when he gave his name he is the person I originally set up the new agreement with, so I wouldn't trust this company at all. I will know in the future if I ever need anything like this again to check other peoples experiences 1st, and I hope they don't get any other people into the situation they have left me in.
