Aww bless you all for your well wishes!! This board honestly kept me sane when so much of the wedding industry is designed to make you go mad and shout "gimmee gimmee gimmee!!". I really did do this wedding the Money Saving way so it's fab to come back and share it with you!! I'm going to go and be a smug married in other threads now :rotfl:

Joanne, who's your coordinator? I hope it's Abbie - cos I know she's the best! PS - one of the most cost effective decisions I made was the event lighting - means you need less decorations in the long run and it really makes the venue stunning (and all your theme too lol!)
    I love surprises!

I've heard lovely things about Sam too :)

In fact she sorted something out for one of my guests the morning after the wedding and my guest made a special comment to me about how impressed he was. Can't remember what she did though - but she was very busy with the wedding fayre and still efficient and helpful.

That looks AMAZING!!! Can i be really cheeky and ask how much it cost to have the original crepes people cater for your guests? never heard of anything like it and thought it sounded like a great idea!

Joanne, I've had all sorts of different chats with the coordinators - they're HUGELY busy and have lots of different things for different weddings - the problem with having it tailored to suit individual weddings lol. Don't worry they wont try and rip you off, though it does get a little awkward sometimes!

KK22 - I got Original Crepes right at the start of their new business so I wouldn't really like to say how much as I think they're pricing will be a bit different now!! Andrew, the bloke in charge is really lovely, just send them a quick email and ask. We had 100 guests and some (like my Dad!) had more than one pancake haha. I think it'd be something from £300-£500 but better check with them!! It will depend on what pancakes you get and for how many.
    I love surprises!
