  • The prize does not include any fees for closing the road. If the winner is unable to gain permission to close the road they will need to find an alternative venue. Residents will need to apply 3 to 12 weeks in advance for permission from the council traffic/highways department or Events team to close the road. Should permission not be granted an alternative venue will need to be sourced possibly using parking bays, driveways or front/back garden. Councils will vary in what arrangements they require - the road closure notice from the council will need to be posted up in the street and the fire, ambulance and police services may need to be contacted. To minimise any risks from accident, burns, damage, electricity, rain, breakages, etc the participants of the street party should take responsibility for themselves and watch out for each other, especially children. Some council's may require insurance for the road closure. The street party should last for 6 hours.
  • Should this/these product(s) be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. Elements are subject to change depending on the country hosting the street party.
  • A caterer local to the winner's home will be sourced to supply food. Supplier is subject to availability at the time of booking therefore the menu will be subject to change.
  • Games provided may vary depending on the location of the winner's home and the party. A local entertainment band (non signed artists only) will be sourced subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • Furniture will be hired for the day of the street party. Furniture is subject to availability at the time of booking. Supplier will be sourced locally therefore furniture may vary.
  • Event management will consist of five on site co-ordinators to be on site for a total of 8 hours on the day of the event only allowing one hour set up time and one hour clearing down time. It is the winner's responsibility to make sure the venue is clear and ready for the suppliers to deliver at the agreed time and delivery points must be accessible. Winner must make sure there is adequate refrigeration for the food where necessary. Venue will be cleared down by the event team at the end of the event but disposal of rubbish is the winner's responsibility.
