You've got to go through the checkout process, I can't remember exactly which screen it is on but it is clearly marked place to enter the code.

However if you're after a Shuffle your best deal right now is at HMV and use a £10 or £20 off code.

One word of warning though...although these codes were made publicly available to all, they were specifically issued for the Christmas period. Amazingly enough, they still work. However, I don't expect them to work for too much longer.
