Hello, Afriend of mine is returning to work after open heart surgery in may. The thing is his employer is changing his job title and reducing his pay. After some advice regarding this. Thanks in advance

Did the Occupational Health suggest he can only do part time as he is still recovering or are they suggesting that it should be permanent? If he is still recovering then his position should be re-assessed in an agreed period of time
