Free prize draw terms and conditions

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Closing date is 18 March 2011. You will be informed by email by the 11 April 2011 by email if you are the lucky winner. No purchase necessary. 1 lucky winner will receive Spa holiday for two as described above.
• The Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Wellbeing Escapes or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion.

• To enter, complete the Wellbeing Escapes entry form on www.wellbeingescapes.co.uk. You must complete the details required for entry in full. You will be asked to provide your First Name, Surname and E-mail address. Entry to the Free Prize Draw will be automatic upon clicking on the Button Submit (“the Entry Site”).
• A limit of one entry per valid email address/person will be accepted.
• The start date of the promotion is 01 March 2011
• All entries must be received by18 March 2011
• Entry to the Free Prize Draw will be automatic upon Wellbeing Escape's receipt of valid completed entries which are received before the closing date.
• Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.

• The prize-winners will be notified via email by 11 April 2011
• Should a prize-winner not respond to the email within 14 days Wellbeing Escapes reserves the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.

General:
