Vibration mat for babies

My friend's daughter had a baby 2 weeks ago and she has an alarm that goes off if the baby hasn't moved in 20 seconds. Well the other day the alarm went off 3 times and she had to take the baby to hospital. They said nothing was wrong just that when he is in a deep sleep he breathes very slowly and they have to give him a poke to bring his breathing back up to normal. What I am wondering is if there is anything else that say vibrates to slightly disturb so doing the job that they are doing by prodding him?

It is not breathing sensor I'm asking about as they already have one of them but something to make the baby move. Is this what you have?If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
