We are looking at setting up a business that provides sweet buffets for weddings/events.

Are there any food hygiene requirements/certificates needed for this type of business?

The business would be working from home and setting up the buffets at the venues.

Hi
You would need level 2 food hygeine certificate (which can be done online for around £30) and you would need to register with your local council who may want to come out and inspect your premises
Iv just set up my onw cupcake business from home so have just had to do both of the above, hope this helps
