New mortgage - address problem?

Hi there
I'm thinking of getting back onto the property ladder, but I have a concern regarding my address for the last 12 months.
I sold a house I owned 12 months ago and moved into a houseshare where the rent is an 'all in' monthly payment. As a result, council tax is taken care of with all other bills.
I have transferred my bank, phone, car, work etc to this new address, but i'm concerned that because i'm not named on any bills, or the council tax, that im not technically recognised at this address.
I don't mind this, but will it be an issue when i come to try and get a mortgage? If so, what can I do?
thanks!
