If you give them a call they will sort it out for you. 2 of my bowls were broken and they repalced them within a week.

Same here at my local Asda, not a single bottle had a code on, but they did last week. V annoying!

Got my first label with a code on today. Had an email from cravendale saying my pirate mug is on it's way - cheers cravendale but I did reply to the other email saying that yes I'd like to swap it for something from the new collection! Oh well.

All "flavours" with new codes on in ALL supermarkets, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op for at least 2 weeks.

Received 6 right-handed cyclist mugs today Loads yet to arrive.

Sent off for 2 egg cups tonight.

I have a label with a code on but it's smudged I can't read what it says properly to get it accepted on the website. What should I do?

I had a couple like that from the last promotion

It was fairly obvious what most of the characters had to be if you "un-smudged" them but it did leave 2 or 3 that had a couple of options - eg 7 or T

I just tried a few combinations of what I was unsure of and BINGO :j

Something that might help - VIEW THE CODE UNDER GREEN LIGHT

DEFINITELY HELPS

I've got a LED torch that not only does white but also red, green and blue - much clearer to see when you shine the green on the code.

Presuming you don't have a torch like mine you need a normal one and a green sweet wrapper from something like a tin of Roses or Quality Street.
