I could hear my bowl rattling around inside the packaging before I opened it! It's smashed to pieces. I've sent them a message from the milk matters site but was just wondering if this is the best way?

Actually I'm pretty annoyed with them cause they emailed me on 20th Feb asking if I would like to swap the bowl I ordered for another item as they were out of stock. I emailed straight back saying I would like a plate and have never received it. I phoned them in March and was told that it would be a couple more weeks, emailed in April when it still didn't arrive and was told that it would be back in stock in 2 weeks. Still nothing arrived and the last 2 emails I sent were ignored!

Not a happy milk drinker

Ring CS 0161 2148094. One of mine was broken and they replaced it. The lady was very nice.
Save your broken bowl as they ask you to send it back (freepost of course)
