  • How do you know the 2011 bonus is 74%.

I didn't think this was anounced until Feb 2012?

Does the 2011 bonus apply to policies that expire in March 2012?

AFAIK the terminal bonus rate depends on prevailing market conditions. The chances of it being the same for a whole year are minimal. After the turmoil in the markets over the last few weeks, I'd expect it to be lower now than it was in July.

The amount of final bonus can change in the future and can be zero. The figures we quote are not guaranteed and you may not receive the amounts shown when your policy matures.

it also depends on what version of the product and fund you have as well as the timsecale and what years you were invested in. A 10 year policy will not get the same final bonus as a 15 year one. A policy invested for 25 years from 1991 will not get the same final bonus as one invested for 25 years from 1992.
