85% LTV Mortgages...

Hi All
Myself and my wife are looking at moving home in the next few months (minor details like selling our current house aside!) and are looking at 85% LTV mortgages - it would be lower but we're looking to jump two "levels" in the housing market whilst prices are down.
I've had a few searches online at which mortgages are best for us and was wandering if anyone has any advice on the best deals. Looks to me like the Post Office has some good products but quite hard to tell really.
We're probably also going to try to speak to an independent mortgage advisor (we live in Liverpool if anyone knows a good one!)as well to see what they can do for us.
Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.
