wedding cruises.

Has anyone had any experience of these, going ffiords way.

I looked at the P&O site, but when I eventually found the price lists I just got a message 'this pdf file has been damaged and cannot be show'

Any experiences please.

    Hi McKneff,

We're going on a P&O cruise in November (now our honeymoon) and looked into getting married onboard. We booked the cruise April 2010, decided to get married in July 2010, phoned to book it for Nov 2011 and the wedding slots were already booked up, with waiting lists. Ours was a Carribean one and because of Bermudian laws, you need to get married 12 miles from shore, so on a two week cruise there were only 6 slots. Not sure about the ffiords ones. The price was just over £1K but we figured with add-ons like flowers/cake etc., it was hitting £1.5K. Sorry can't be of more help.

ETA: I found out (after booking the cruise) that it's best to book the wedding slot first then choose the cruise dates etc., spoke to someone at the 'wedding arrangement' stage and that's what I was told. Was gutted couldn't do it onboard.

Thanks, that was a big help, there will probably only be 6 of us altogether B & G and 2 sets of parents.
I presume the £1.5 was just for the wedding itself - phew. I think I'll be spending some of their inheritance money:rotfl::rotfl:
