Was looking into this and was wondering if anyone knew of any lenders who would supply a mortgage for such a property without a contribution from the buyer.
I.e Property 100k; Mortgage 70k Scheme 30k.
The scheme is not shared equity as such and the buyer owns 100% of the property. The 30k is in essence a 10 year interest free loan.
