The crashaholics are poleaxed. It's been bad news for them all the way.

It's over. Finito. Even to talk about a crash is crazy. We never allowed it to happen.

I feel quite smug sitting here.:D

    Well done simpley.

Now that you've so demonstrably won the House Price Crash argument, I can't imagine you will be compelled to continue haunting the forums in a desperate bid to connect with the only friends you have.

I'll stick around for a bit thanks. Had to wait a while to see this. The HPC gang have been totally smashed on the rocks. :rotfl:

Realistbear has been outed as a bullsh**** as well just to make it all even funnier. In a last ditch attempt he told everyone he'd finally bought a house for 200k nearly half price from 350k a few months ago. They asked him to post a link or picture and he hasn't been on there since. :rotfl:

It's all gone tits up for them. They wanted doom and gloom for normal people and it backfired.

I'll wait until the bears finally except house prices will never crash then hang up my gunbelt for good.

    Another month tops I reckon.

You say its over every month...

aye. as a rhetorical device it's potentially quite powerful, but rather less so if it gets wheeled out a couple of times a week.
    FACT.

the LSE was also infected along with other sites such as Ebay. Ebay are amateurs but the LSE

Cant believe they accepted advertising banners from a malware source.

    Total amateur hour.
