i have some king prawns i have to use tonight....
i also have some chorizo to use up and a distant bell is ringing that these two could go together in a dish....but how/what with?
i have rice,pasta,veg,herbs and spices.
any ideas greatly appreciated.

    King prawn and chorizo risotto if you have suitable rice, yum! Much more exciting than my omelette!

    thankyou!will go for the rice one-am adding to the cooked rice:prawns,chorizo,onion,,peas,corn,garlic,paprika,and a bit of tomamto juice to "risotto" it a bit.
