  • Yesterday was a spendy day. Had hoped to perhaps squeeze out another NSD, but twas not to be. Finished work at 11 and went out to start up the car, only to discover I'd got a flat battery. Not cheap.

On the plus side I had been on sl1cethep1e quite a bit over previous days and had just withdrawn everything to put towards my cc bill. Got used for the battery bill instead, but at least that means it was much less painful than it would have been otherwise. Silver linings and all that :D

Great news kerri on below £1k :j :j
Any idea how long it will take you to clear the last £1k?

Thanks to all those congrats :)

I don't have 100% clearance date set, but I checked when my 0% period ends last night - and it turns out it's Sept 2011 (which is actually longer than I thought) and I should be able to get it cleared by then - which means no more BT fees either :T It will be nice to have that clear and think that I can save that amount I've been paying each month rather than giving it to someone else. :A

It looks like I got my days muddled!

Reporting NSD No22 for yesterday (not 21) and 23 for today.

Tomorrow will be a spend day, so hopefully the 31st will be final day of NSD making it record worth celebrating!

  • Hi all,

Well I'm all in a muddle with my budget and my NSDs!!

Because I was taking my sister with me this weekend, my dad gave me money for petrol and food, but I paid for petrol with my card on Friday, and used some of that money for something else. Then I've had to dip into some money put aside for something else on Monday!! SOOOOO confused! I technically didn't spend any of my own money Saturday or Sunday (and used already accounted for money on Monday but I think I'm pushing the rules too much there!) so does that mean I can count 2 NSDs?! I'm gonna say yes! Now on 14 NSDs! Anyway been paid now, and I was only just in my overdraft before that so I am made up!

    Bring on April!!!

Yikes...just popping on to confess today is deff not a NSD....just spent WAYYYY to much in B**ts on some other Clinique items I wanted while Bonus time is still on. 'Unfortunately' I have noticed a real difference in my skin since I started using it a couple of weeks ago, and my friend agreed it looks really healthy too. I'm not having so many breakouts, my pores look better and it's not so dry/dehydrated/flakey. Darn my skin and it's expensive tastes! But hopefully all this will last for a while (fingers crossed!)

Oh, also bought three tubes of their #17 foundation primer, which does work out per ml cheaper than many others, and it was on 3 for 2.

I am now off to flog myself with a soggy paintbrush...though perhaps I should just stick myself through the car wash??
