Having a bad day today. The OH rang to say that he doesnt have to travel back to london until monday instead of sunday....but I'd already booked the train ticket. I did get it transfered to monday but at a cost...£10

Then I have a nasty message from a customer about the cake I delivered to her yesterday. She said that the cake had broken up and she wants her money back. I had a feeling when she was ordering that she was going to be trouble. She lives in the 'rough' part of Torquay and has demanded her money back. Im going to give her money back but I want the cake back in return-I'll say Im inspecting it of something! So thats £30 lost.

    Meh...-£40 today :(

(((((((((((nat)))))))))))) don't sell a cake to that woman again, in future tell her you are fully booked. Bet she says she cannot return the cake  because she will have eaten it!

How long has DH been travelling back to London now? If it has been a few trips, e-mail them and explain what happened, explain that he will be regularly purchasing these tickets, and any chance of a refund of the £10 as goodwill? if you don't ask, you don't get.

Cancelled BT call minder (voicemail) today as we never use it these days. Only saves £2.60pm but that adds up so I'm going to count it as a year's worth - £31.20.

Also got some deals in M&S today including a strange one with their chocolate covered fruit - one bag of Belgian white choc covered summer fruits £1.85, two bags £1.50!! I didn't quite believe it would come off at the till but it did! Yum yum that's us stocked up for our long car journey later. :)

Update on cake; I went round and delivered her 12 muffins as a peace offering as she was threatening to tell the facebook community how s*it I am unless I refunded. I did refund but asked for the cake back so I could improve my recipe and she started waffling about how it was so awful that she had to throw it away. She was sweating a bit so I know she didnt throw it away-who would?! Oh well, live and learn. I'm just about to deliver another cake but again I have a feeling she wont be happy either. She's a young girl who's trying to impress her friends with babies rather than pleasing her child. Its a bit like 'Big Fat Gypsy Wedding'-they're all trying to outdo each other...not that im saying they're gypsies..... :D:D

If its your cake facebook page she would be posting on you could just delete her comments anyway couldn't you?

I'm having a bad day - just got a massive £660 electric bill because they have c**ked up our two previous bills. I told them I want a key to the meter so I can read my own blo0dy bill and am not paying them til it comes
