How long will fudge keep? I have some homemade to add to DH stocking,, it hadn't occured to me it may not last!0

Fudge should last for quite some time considering all the sugar that it contains, and I was always tought that sugar is a preservative... I maybe wrong. Fudge never lasts very long in our house anyway.0

I read on the Netle site that t can be kept for a month in an airtight container.
I made some to try out the recipe...followed the instructions...and I ended up with tablet!!!
