Hi all Looking to do a part ex deal with Bellway for a 5 bed new build and need a bit of advice. We a currently have a repayment mortgage with Barclays and want to increase our borrowing on an interest only basis by 90k. How we want it set up works out around 600pm Repayment max term works out at something like 970pm easy to do once we get rid of the childcare costs but would be a b***ache for the next 2 1/2 years
