Afternoon all,:o
I've just had my new interest rate letter from the mortgage people ( aren't they lovely )...
Is 6.35% a good deal. Interest only until September 2007. Chatting to friends they have said that this isn't bad. I always thought it is pretty high.. Had interest only to get us on the right track although we had over £65k as a depost from our previous property.
