Old T-mobile debt

Hi

Can anyone advise. I have an outstanding debit on my credit record for £78 with T-mobile from 2008.

I am not in dispute of the debt, but there can be some difficulty getting the phone to them when you are not a current customer. The automatic call management systems are a nightmare.

I do not have my telephone number or Account number for the T-mobile contract. However, I will be able to provide my name and address at the time of the contract.

Does anyone have a good phone number or email address?

I always find that companies put extra support in keeping their customers or gaining new ones. Why not try the "Join T-Mobile" number - 0800 956 2208

You should get through to someone pretty quickly then just get them to divert your call to credit/collection.
