I got to the shop at 8am and although a new batch of mince had just been delivered, it had yet to be put out.
I was just going through the checkout with the rest of my shopping when a shout came from the back of the shop asking how many I wanted, a big well done to the shop manager for remembering that I had asked and for noticing that I was still in the shop. :T

Just been as well and got some more mince for the freezer. Had got some reduced 2 weeks ago and it was really nice. Our Lidl also had milk (4pints not litres which) for only 89p a bottle on both semi-skimmed and whole milk. Saves me the extra trip to Farmfoods.:) Lidl sugar still very cheap at 68p a bag.

I was too late, yesterday we got there early afternoon and there was no mince or chicken legs left. I went back today at 10.30am and there was some chicken but no mince again. I don't think they had much stock in as there was only a small empty space. :-(
