    In Finland we have these special cream buns once a year. On a day that you have a pancake day. I had had a very tough day at work and I pulled through just with the thought that when I get home I go via shop and get one of those buns.

    As it happened my local shop had ran out so I went home in tears and cried to then OH that I didn't get a cream bun. Bless him, he went out on his bike to a shop further away to get me one. (He became ex due to his excessive alcohol consumption)

    I thought tho (from my human biology education and its a long time ago) that the fats in milk were required so remember being told kids should always be given full fat milk..... i dont know for deffo tho
