just pour a load of brown sugar into a small frying pan, then heat to melt, but just melt, dont let it carmalise, take off heat and add some dark rum, then enjoy it on your pancakes, yummy. you can add some butter to it as well... not good for the waistline tho

i do make the lemon drizzle cake, not trained as a chef, but have cooking in my blood, so to speak. My grandfather just happened to own the village bakery. I did do cookery (home economics at school tho)


miche, does the plate thing work? It has to be healthy, non filling things tho, eg carrot sticks, cucumber, celery, you dont want it to become a meal replacement.
